Q. HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED (BY WHOM)?

A. Our orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx, unless the shipment's total weight exceeds 350lbs.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER(S) HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

A. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email, sent to the email you entered when placing your order, with tracking information. 

Q. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A. You can track your shipment with the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email. 

Q. HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?

A. Orders in the USA take 3 - 5 Business Days. Some items may take 7 - 10 Business Days. Orders to Canada will take 10 -14 Business Days. All other International Orders will take 14 -21 Days.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

A. Warranty's are on each individual item sales page when applicable.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A. All Brand New Items may be returned within a period of 15 days. Used and Previously Owned Items have no return available. (But it will never hurt to give us a call and talk to us personally)
